Workout Tracking

What players did away from the rink

Workouts live under Training → Workouts. Players log what they actually did; coaches see who is putting the work in between sessions. It pairs with training plans — a plan is what you asked for, a workout log is what happened.

Logging a workout

The steps

  1. 1. Training → Workouts
  2. 2. Tap Log Workout
  3. 3. Set the date and a title
  4. 4. Add exercises
  5. 5. Save

What you can record

  • · Exercises, each with its own sets
  • · Duration for timed work
  • · Distance for runs and skates
  • · Total session length
  • · Notes and a difficulty rating

Adding a photo

A workout can carry a photo — a whiteboard at the gym, a treadmill screen, a lift in progress. Useful when a number alone does not tell the coach much.

Working from an assigned plan

If a coach has assigned you a training plan, it appears on the Workouts screen under Assigned Plans. Open it to see what you are meant to do, then log the session against it.

That link is what lets a coach tell the difference between "nobody did the program" and "everybody did it and it was too easy".

What coaches see

Coaches get a summary across the team plus the individual logs, with each entry showing the player's name and jersey number.

Treat it as a participation signal rather than a scoreboard. The honest read is who is logging consistently, not who lifted the most.

Requirements

Workout tracking is a premium team feature — the team needs a Pro slot from its owner, or funding through RosterHub Max.
