Carpools attach to a specific event. Open a game or practice from the schedule and you will find the carpool section on it — so the arrangement for Saturday's away game does not get confused with the one for Sunday's practice, and nobody has to scroll back through a chat to find who offered what.
Offering a ride
The steps
- 1. Open the event from the schedule
- 2. Find the Carpools section
- 3. Tap Offer a Ride
- 4. Fill in the details
- 5. Post it
What you enter
- · Your name as the driver
- · Where you are departing from — optional
- · Departure time
- · Seats available (1–8)
- · Notes — "SUV, room for gear"
Asking for a seat
Tap Request a Seat on any offer. You name the passengers — so one request can cover two siblings — and can add a note like "have gear bags".
The offer shows seats taken against seats available, so it is obvious at a glance when a car is full.
The driver decides
Requests are not automatic. The driver sees each one and accepts or declines it, so nobody is committed to a car full of kids they did not agree to.
A driver can also delete their own offer if plans change — the requests attached to it go with it, and riders can look for another car.
Worth saying out loud
RosterHub coordinates who is driving whom. It does not vet drivers, check licences or insurance, and it is not a background-check service. Many clubs have their own rules about adults transporting players who are not their own children — follow those. Your organization's policy governs; this feature just saves the phone tag.
Requirements
Carpools are a premium team feature — the team needs a Pro slot from its owner, or funding through RosterHub Max. Any team member can offer a ride or request a seat; it is not coach-only.
