Getting Started
Get up and running with RosterHub in just a few minutes. Follow these steps to download the app, create your account, and set up your team.

1. Download the App
RosterHub is available for iPhone and iPad on the App Store. The app is free to download with optional Pro subscription for advanced features.

Requirements: iOS 17.0 or later (iPhone & iPad), or Android 8.0+.
2. Create an Account
When you first open RosterHub, you'll be prompted to sign in. You can create an account using your Apple ID, Google account, or email.
Sign in with Apple
Fastest option. Uses Face ID or Touch ID.
Sign in with Google
Use your existing Google account.
Email & Password
Create a new account with email.
Tip: Sign in with Apple hides your email address and generates a unique relay address, keeping your personal email private.
3. Create or Join a Team
After signing in, you'll see the Team Selection screen. From here, you can create a new team or join an existing one.
Create a New Team
- 1Tap the + button on the Team Selection screen
- 2Select "Create Team"
- 3Enter your team name and select your sport
- 4Optionally add a team logo and season info
Join an Existing Team
- 1Get an invite code or claim code from your coach
- 2Tap the menu (···) on the Team Selection screen
- 3Select "Join Team"
- 4Enter the code and confirm
What's a Claim Code?
A claim code links your account to a roster entry that your coach already created for you. This preserves any information (jersey number, position, etc.) they've already entered.
4. Complete Your Profile
Once you've joined a team, complete your profile to help coaches and teammates identify you.

Add a photo so teammates can easily identify you

Add your phone number and emergency contact details
Notification Preferences
Configure how and when you receive team notifications
