Learn how to join your team, update your profile, RSVP to events, and access team videos.

Joining a Team
Your coach will provide you with either an invite code or a claim code to join the team.
- 1Open RosterHub and sign in to your account
- 2On the Team Selection screen, tap the menu (···)
- 3Select "Join Team"
- 4Enter the code your coach gave you
- 5Tap "Join" to confirm
Need a code? Contact your coach or team manager. They can find the team invite code in Team Settings → Share Team, or generate a claim code specifically for you.
Using Claim Codes
A claim code links your account to an existing roster entry that your coach created for you.
Why use a claim code?
- Preserves your jersey number and position
- Links any existing contact info
- No duplicate roster entries
vs. Invite Code
- An invite code creates a new roster entry
- Claim codes link to existing entries
- Ask your coach which type you have
How to use a claim code:
- 1. Get the claim code from your coach (usually 6 characters)
- 2. Tap menu (···) on Team Selection screen
- 3. Select "Join Team"
- 4. Enter the claim code and confirm
- 5. Your account is now linked to your roster entry!
Editing Your Profile
Keep your profile up to date so coaches and teammates can reach you.
Profile Photo
Add a photo so teammates can recognize you
Contact Info
Phone number and email for team communication
Emergency Contact
Important for coaches to have in case of emergency
Jersey Number
Your jersey number (coach may have set this)
Position
Your position(s) on the team
To edit your profile: Tap your team → Go to Roster → Find your name → Tap to view → Tap "Edit"
RSVPing to Events
Let your coach know if you can make it to practices and games.

How to RSVP:
- 1. Go to the Schedule tab
- 2. Tap on an event
- 3. Select your response (Going, Maybe, Not Going)
- 4. Optionally add a note for your coach
Enable Notifications
Turn on notifications to get reminders about upcoming events and RSVP requests.
Watching Team Videos
Access game film and practice videos uploaded by your coaches.
Watch Videos
Go to the Videos tab to see all team videos. Tap any video to play.
View Annotations
See drawings, notes, and voice annotations your coach added to highlight key moments.
Pro tip: Videos are organized into sessions (e.g., "1st Period", "Offense"). Switch between sessions to find specific moments your coach wants you to review.
