Stay connected with your child's team. View schedules, receive announcements, and RSVP on behalf of your player.
As a Parent/Guardian, you can:
- View all team schedules and events
- Receive team announcements
- RSVP on behalf of your player

Joining a Team
To access your child's team, you'll need to join using a code from the coach.
- 1Download RosterHub from the App Store
- 2Create an account (Apple, Google, or email)
- 3On the Team Selection screen, tap the menu (···)
- 4Select "Join Team"
- 5Enter the invite or claim code from your coach
- 6You're now part of the team!
Getting a Code
Contact your child's coach or team manager. They can provide either a team invite code (to join as a new member) or a claim code (to link to an existing roster entry they created for you).
Linking to Your Player
Link your account to your child's player profile to RSVP on their behalf.
When you're linked
- RSVP to events for your player
- Receive notifications for your player
- View their profile and schedule
How to Link
The coach sets up the parent-player link when adding roster members. If you're not linked, ask your coach to:
- 1. Go to Roster → Your player's profile
- 2. Add you as a Guardian
- 3. Generate a claim code for you
Multiple children? You can be linked to multiple players across different teams. Each will appear on your Team Selection screen.
Viewing Schedules
Stay on top of practices, games, and tournaments.
Team Selection - Upcoming Events
See all upcoming events across all your teams at a glance on the Team Selection screen.
Schedule Tab
View the full team schedule in calendar or list view. Filter by event type (practice, game, tournament, meeting).
Calendar Export
Export the schedule to your phone's calendar (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar, etc.) using the export button.
Enable Notifications
Turn on push notifications to receive reminders about upcoming events, schedule changes, and team announcements.
RSVPing for Your Player
When linked to a player, you can respond to events on their behalf.

How to RSVP for Your Player:
- 1. Go to the Schedule tab
- 2. Tap on an event
- 3. You'll see your linked player(s) listed
- 4. Select a response for each player
- 5. Optionally add a note (e.g., "Will arrive 10 min late")
Tip: If your player also has the app, either of you can RSVP. The most recent response will be shown to coaches.
