Training Plans
ProStructured, multi-week training plans with exercises, sets, reps, and rest times tailored to your sport.
Pro Feature: Training Plans and the exercise library are available to Pro subscribers. Upgrade to access structured workout programs for your team.
Browsing Training Plans
Training plans are filtered by your team's sport. Navigate to the Training tab from your team page to see all available plans.
Plans Tab
The Training page features two tabs: Training Plans for structured workout programs, and Videos & Content for coaching videos and articles.
Difficulty Levels
Each plan is tagged with a difficulty level — Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced — so coaches can assign appropriate programs to their athletes.
Duration
Plans display their duration in weeks so you know the full commitment up front. Programs range from single-week introductions to multi-week progressive plans.
Inside a Training Plan
Tap any plan to see the full week-by-week breakdown with daily exercise schedules.
Week Selector
Switch between weeks using the week tabs at the top. Each week shows all 7 days (Monday through Sunday) with exercises assigned to each training day.
Day-by-Day Schedule
Each day shows the assigned exercises with sets, reps, and rest periods. Days without exercises are marked as rest days.
Exercise Details
Tap any exercise to expand its details and learn proper form.
Sets, Reps & Rest
Every exercise displays the prescribed sets, reps, and rest period. Coaches can customize these per plan in the admin console.
Video Demonstrations
Exercises can include video demonstrations showing proper form and technique. Tap to expand and watch inline.
Equipment & Muscle Groups
Each exercise lists required equipment and targeted muscle groups so athletes can prepare and understand the purpose of each movement.
