Game Day Music

A soundboard you can run from the bench

Upload the tracks your team plays during a game — goal song, warmup mix, national anthem — and RosterHub turns them into a soundboard of big tap targets. One person runs it from a phone or tablet at the rink instead of scrolling a music app with cold hands.

Adding a track

  1. 1. Coach's Corner → Game Day Music
  2. 2. Upload an audio file from your device
  3. 3. Give it a title — "Goal Song", "Warmup"
  4. 4. Pick when it plays (see below)
  5. 5. Save

Choosing when it plays

Every clip gets a trigger type — the moment it belongs to. The list changes with your team's sport, so a hockey team is offered Power Play and a baseball team is offered Walk-Up.

Available to every sport

National Anthem · God Bless America · Warmup · Custom

Custom is the escape hatch — use it for anything the preset list does not cover.

Trimming a clip

A goal song is not the first eight seconds of the track — it is the hook. Set a start and end point on any clip and only that section plays.

The soundboard shows the trimmed length, so you know what you are about to fire off before you tap it.

Running the soundboard

During the game

Open Game Day Music → Soundboard. Every active clip becomes a button. Tap to play, tap again to stop. A banner shows what is currently playing.

Keeping it tidy

Reorder clips so the ones you reach for most sit first, and mark a clip inactive to pull it off the board without deleting it — handy for a song you only use in playoffs.

Requirements

Game Day Music is a premium team feature — the team needs a Pro slot from its owner, or funding through RosterHub Max. Coaches and team admins upload and manage the clips.

You are responsible for having the rights to the audio you upload and to play it at your venue. RosterHub stores the files you provide; it does not license music.
