An item tracker is one checklist applied to your whole roster. Make one for a thing every player has to do — hand in a medical form, pay the tournament fee, return the away jersey — and check people off as they do it. The alternative is a note on your phone that goes stale by Thursday.
Find it at Coach's Corner → Item Trackers.

- · Photo day order forms
- · Anything with a deadline and a roster
Who can see it
This is the setting worth thinking about, because it changes who sees that a family has not paid yet.
Coaches only
Only coaches and team admins see the tracker at all. Use this for anything involving money or paperwork a family might be behind on.
Whole team
Everyone on the team can see the list and their own status. Good for a jersey return where visible peer pressure is the point, and bad for unpaid fees.
Checking people off
Open a tracker and you get your roster as a list — name, jersey number and role — with a checkbox against each player.
Each row takes a note as well as a tick, which is where the awkward cases go: "paid half", "form handed in but unsigned", "returning the jersey next week".
The tracker shows a completed count against the size of your roster, so you know how far off you are without reading every row.
Requirements
Item trackers are a premium team feature — the team needs a Pro slot from its owner, or funding through RosterHub Max. Coaches and team admins create trackers and update the checkboxes.
